In fact, it felt like the Mad Max equivalent of Robocop 3 - a PG-13 family-friendly version of a hard-R character, who does little violence and teams with a kid.Scott Mendelsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08131426080984100749noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6937848248469121586.post-91605922587146386922010-06-17T18:39:08.950-07:002010-06-17T18:39:08.950-07:00Fun list, Nightmare on Elm Street 3definatley dese...Fun list, Nightmare on Elm Street 3definatley deserves it's spot on this list.
No love for Beyond Thunderdome?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6937848248469121586.post-14318610302699543222010-06-17T12:24:29.459-07:002010-06-17T12:24:29.459-07:00A very good list, but I have to disagree with you ...A very good list, but I have to disagree with you on the stars wars picks. Jedi just doesn't have the gravity to really pull off it's "the end of rebellion, who will win?" plot line. That, and the plot has always felt to me to be a cheap re-hash of the first two just made Jedi an very long and boring end to an orginally exciting trilogy.
As for Revenge of the Sith, it's just as terrible in acting, dialouge, and pacing as where Phantom Menace and Attack of Clones, the only drama came from the fact that we knew how it would end. Take away that fore knowledge, and you're left with a steaming pile.
And thanks for trashing Ultimatum, it does my heart good to know I'm not alone in being utterly disappointed by movieRicknoreply@blogger.com
